Adams Van Lines coordinates long-distance moving services. Moving estimates provided via our Site, over the phone, or via text message are based on the inventory and details you provide. Final costs may adjust based on actual weight, volume, or additional services requested at the time of the move. We rely on contracted, licensed motor carriers to perform the physical transportation of your household goods.

3. SMS Messaging Terms & Conditions

By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Adams Van Lines. These communications are subject to the following terms:

• Program Description: You will receive SMS messages regarding your moving quotes, scheduling, dispatch updates, and customer service inquiries.
• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on the status of your moving inquiry or scheduled relocation.
• Cost: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
• Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel SMS messages at any time. Just text STOP to the number that messaged you. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
• Help Instructions: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or get help directly at info@adamsvanlines.com or by calling 855-350-2633.

The assigned carrier is responsible for the physical transportation and is liable for any loss or damage to your goods as outlined in their specific Bill of Lading and valuation documents. Adams Van Lines is not responsible for damages occurring during transit.
